Nafa-Kum waterfall is a natural wonder located in the district of Bandarban. Nafa-kum Jhorna is a breathtaking waterfall that cascades sown from a height of 100-150 feet creating a spectacular display of water, mist, and sound.

In Nafa-Kum Jhorna visitors need to trek through the lush green forests, which is an adventure in itself. Along the way, visitors can enjoy the refreshing breeze and the soothing sound of the streams that run through the forests.

Nafa-Kum Jhorna is a stunning natural attraction located in the Bandarban district. It is a two-tiered waterfall cascading down from a height of 100-150 feet. The waterfall is surrounded by lush green forests which is adding additional beauty. Visitors can enjoy a refreshing dip in the cool and clear waters of the pool at the base of the waterfall to take a walk along the rocky riverbed. The area is also home to a variety of birds and other wildlife.

How to visit:

To visit Nafa-Kum Jhorna first we reach Bandarban district. So here we start our traveling from Dhaka, we can reach directly Bandarban by bus or we can go to Chattogram by bus or train or Plane.

So, we chose the bus for our direct destination Bandarban, there too many buses company like Hanif, Shayamoli, S. Alam, and Sanmartin have direct service to Bandarban for the Arambag bus stand. Which is costs around 800 to 2000 BDT per person. It’s about 320 km from Dhaka and takes around 8-9 hours.

The best time for traveling is the night because you can fall asleep and never feel tired in the early morning the bus reaches Bandarban bus stand, and from Bandarban town, you can hire a guide and rental jeep to take you to the starting point of Nafa-Kum jhourna trail. The trailhead is located about 15 km from Bandarban town. And the road is quite bumpy and narrow. You can take a short hike from the trailhead to reach the Nafa-Kum Jhorna and it takes 20-30 minutes. The trail trip to waterfall is quite steep and slippery, its important to wear comfortable shoes. But when you reach the waterfall the view is mesmerizes your eyes and you forget the difficulties of your journey.
